It applies to www.electric-brands.com, www.brandmasteryaccelerator.com, and all products and services we offer, including the Brand Mastery Accelerator (BMA) and Brennan AI.
Information we collect
We collect personal information when you visit our websites, book a call, make a purchase, sign up for emails, fill in a form, join our programmes or take part in live calls. This may include your name, email address, business details, and anything else you choose to share with us.We use this information to communicate with you, deliver the products and services you've requested, give you access to our programmes and events, and send relevant updates, reminders and follow-ups.You don't have to give us personal information, but if you don't, you may not be able to access some of our products or services.
Technical information
When you use our websites, we may collect technical information such as your browser, device type, operating system, IP address and referral source. We use this to improve website performance and security.
Web browser cookies
Our websites use cookies and tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve your experience, measure performance and show relevant ads. You can refuse cookies or set alerts in your browser settings, but some parts of our websites may not work as intended.
Call recordings and AI tools
Live BMA calls are recorded. We use them to deliver our programmes (including replays for members), improve our training, and develop our products, including Brennan AI. Brennan AI is built to teach Pete Brennan’s advice, not what members have shared. Members’ questions are used only as context for his answers, and Brennan AI is designed not to repeat them or share any member’s name, business or story. Nobody using Brennan AI can see the recordings or transcripts.
Brennan AI accounts
If you use Brennan AI, we store your email, name, conversations, and any profile details or memories you add, so you can pick up where you left off. Pete and his team can see what members ask, to improve Brennan AI and our teaching material. You can delete your account and this data at any time. See the Brennan AI Terms for details.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- deliver our programmes, products and services, and manage your membership;
- process payments (handled securely by Stripe, including Link for Brennan AI; we never store your full card details);
- send emails you've opted into, such as updates, resources and training invites (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email, but we'll still send emails about your account or membership);
- improve our websites, programmes and products, including Brennan AI; and
- run and measure our advertising.We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.
Sharing your information
Like most online businesses, we use a small number of trusted tools to run things behind the scenes, such as our payment, email, scheduling, community, video call and website platforms. We also work with Poppy AI, the team that builds and powers Brennan AI.
We only share what each tool needs to do its job, and never more. Each provider also has its own privacy policy that applies to how it handles your information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our providers are based outside Australia, including in the United States. When we share personal information with overseas providers, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How we protect your information
We use appropriate storage and security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, change, disclosure or loss. We work with platforms that meet strong privacy and security standards, including the Australian Privacy Act.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@electric-brands.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, email us at hello@electric-brands.com and we'll work with you to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Third-party websites
Our websites may link to sites and services run by partners, suppliers, advertisers and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
