Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Brand Mastery Accelerator, a suite of training experiences hosted by Electric Brands Pty Ltd, led by Pete Brennan.
‍
By purchasing or participating in any Electric Brands product or programme, including the Brand Mastery Accelerator programme, Content-to-Client Challenge (CTC), challenges, workshops or mini-courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
‍
Some Electric Brands products, including Brennan AI, may also have their own product-specific terms. Where product-specific terms apply, they will be provided at the time of purchase or sign-up.

‍
‍Programme Overview
Electric Brands delivers live and self-paced online learning experiences designed to support designers in building profitable brand businesses.
‍
Our main platform for delivering BMA programmes is Skool. Each product may have its own scope, inclusions, access period and format.
‍
Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, experience, circumstances and implementation. We provide the training, frameworks, tools and support, but we cannot guarantee any particular business, financial or other outcome.

‍
‍Fees
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of purchase.

If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

If a payment becomes overdue or cannot be successfully processed, we may suspend your access to the relevant programme, community and materials until the outstanding payment is resolved.

Cancelling or stopping a payment plan does not automatically cancel your obligation to make payments you have already agreed to, or entitle you to a refund for payments already made.

All purchases and programme access are for individual use only. Sharing login details or redistributing programme content is prohibited and will result in your access being suspended or terminated.

Refund Policy
‍
We back what we sell, but refunds come with a few rules. Here’s how they work.

Brand Mastery Accelerator (BMA)
‍
The Brand Mastery Accelerator programme includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for participants who fully commit to the programme.

The 14-day guarantee period begins on the date you are first granted access to BMA. To request a refund under the guarantee, you must email hello@electric-brands.com within 14 calendar days of that date. Once the 14-day period has ended, the guarantee has expired and refund requests received on day 15 or later will not be eligible under this guarantee.

To be eligible, you must have genuinely participated in the programme during your first 14 days. This means you have:
- Attended and participating in at least two live Value Calls;
- Watched at least the first two weeks of BMA course modules;
- Made at least one contribution or post in the BMA community; and
- Provided a short explanation of why the programme wasn’t a good fit for you.

Refunds under this guarantee will not be issued without the required evidence of participation.

Requests made without the required evidence of participation, or solely because of a change of mind, lack of time, or lack of results without evidence of implementation are not eligible under our money-back guarantee.

If a refund is approved, your programme and community access will be revoked and any outstanding future payments relating to your enrolment will be cancelled.

Where a refund is provided under our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee, rather than because of a right or remedy available under applicable consumer law, any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction will be deducted from the refund.

Other Electric Brands Products
‍
Except where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, all other Electric Brands products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

This includes:
- BMA DIY Programme;
- Content-to-Client Challenge (CTC) and other challenges or workshops;
- BMA Continuation Membership;
- Renewals;
- Upgrades; and
- Additional payments made after initial BMA enrolment.

For subscription products, cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewals but doesn’t entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any unused portion of that period.

Misuse of Refunds & Guarantees
‍
Our guarantees are there to give genuine customers confidence to give our products a proper go. They’re not a loophole for free access.

We may decline a refund or guarantee claim where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or deliberate misuse of the policy.

This may include repeatedly purchasing and refunding products to gain free access, creating multiple accounts to access the same guarantee more than once, providing false or misleading information in support of a refund request, or otherwise deliberately misusing the refund process.
‍

Membership Pauses
‍
Membership pauses are available for eligible Brand Mastery Accelerator memberships under the following conditions.

Payment Requirements
‍
To be eligible for a membership pause, your membership must be paid in full, with all payment plan instalments completed and no outstanding invoices or balances relating to your membership.

6-Week Sprint Membership
‍
A 6-Week Sprint membership may be paused for a maximum of one week. An approved pause will extend your membership end date by one week.

‍6-Month BMA Membership
‍
A 6-month BMA membership may be paused for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 60 days in total during the membership term.
The 60-day maximum applies across the entire membership term, regardless of whether the pause is taken all at once or across multiple approved pauses. An approved pause will extend your membership end date by the same amount of time your membership is paused.

‍During a Membership Pause
‍
While your membership is paused, your access to active BMA member benefits will be suspended. This includes the BMA community, weekly calls, Talk Shop and other resources available only to active members.
‍
Membership pauses must be requested in advance by emailing hello@electric-brands.com. Pauses cannot be applied retrospectively.
